• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges, up to the full cost of the service booked.

• We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers; however, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, and road closures.

5. Conduct

• Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not threaten the safety or comfort of our drivers and other passengers.
• Shuttle Express reserves the right to refuse service to any person deemed to be behaving inappropriately or hazardously.

6. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

• Shuttle Express reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the website.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of our operating location, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for the resolution of any disputes.
